Acid Proof Bricks Manufacturer in India
Walk into an old chemical plant and look at the floor near the tanks. Chances are it's pitted, stained, or patched. That's what acid does to the wrong material. Zeochem Anticorr makes acid-proof bricks for exactly those spots, and we ship them to plants across India and overseas. Every brick is made to IS 4860 and IS 4457.

Acid Resistant Bricks Supplier & Manufacturer from Gujarat
We are based in Gujarat, and many of our projects begin with an inquiry from a plant engineer whose process requirements fall outside the standard. As one of the acid proof bricks manufacturers that engineers trust with odd requirements, we've built our workaround listening first and quoting second. We run a large production, so volume isn't a problem. And if your tank, trench, or floor doesn't suit a standard size, our acid-resistant bricks can be cut to custom sizes built to your project specs. You get bricks that fit your drawings. Not the other way around.
Products Range
High Quality Ceramic Acid Bricks for Corrosive Industrial Use
Walk a few plants, and you'll see them: some linings look fine after years, others fall apart within months. Ceramic acid bricks usually belong to the first group, and the reasons are simple.
Tight, glassy body
Very little liquid gets in, so the acid has nothing to hold onto. That keeps the surface from softening, pitting, or flaking over time.
Acid resistance
They stand up to most of the acids you'll find in process plants. Your lining stays intact where lesser materials would start to break down.
Strength underfoot
Forklifts and heavy equipment can roll over a floor lined with them. The surface doesn't crack or crumble under daily traffic.
Less upkeep
You patch less and shut down less. That means fewer interruptions to production and fewer repair bills.
Heat tolerance
Warm liquids and hot wash downs won't wear them down. The bricks keep their shape when temperatures swing.
Easy cleanup
A spill wipes off the smooth surface quickly. Crews spend less time scrubbing and more time working.
Staying power
With the right mortar, they keep working for years. A well-built lining pays back its cost many times over.
Why Choose Us for Industrial Acid Bricks in India
Here's what we think separates a good supplier from a so-so one: the questions they ask before they quote. What chemical touches the wall? How hot does it get? Who's laying it, and how? We asked all three. Sometimes the answers point away from ceramic altogether. If hydrofluoric acid or strong Alkalis are part of your process, carbon acid bricks may make more sense, and we'll say so.

Big orders ship on schedule, not whenever we get to them.
Process
How To Use
Pin down the chemicals
List every acid, alkali, and temperature the lining will meet.
Prep the area
Start with a clean surface. Sweep away loose bits and fill any cracks or chips so you're building on something solid.
Lay the base
Put down the acid-proof membrane or coating your design needs. It's what keeps chemicals from seeping into the floor below.
Lay the bricks
Mix your mortar with the right chemical-resistant compound, then set the bricks close together. Tight joints cope much better with spills.
Let it cure
Leave the mortar dry for its full time before any liquid goes near it. Hurrying this step is where many linings go wrong.
Check before restarting
Wipe off any residue and look over every joint. Fix small flaws now, before the first chemicals find them.
